DESCRIPTION:  This Softpaq contains the Secure Path V3.1 Software Update 2.

HOW TO USE:

1. Install Secure Path v3.1 from the Secure Path distribution CD-ROM.  
   You must have a valid Secure Path license.  Installation of Secure Path v3.1 
   is required prior to installing this update.  
   (Software Update 1 is not required.)

2. Download the SoftPaq file SP14404.EXE to a directory on your hard drive where you
   want the update files to be saved.  For example C:\temp\SecPath.


3. To install the driver, run SP14404.EXE and follow the instructions on the screen.  
   SP14404.EXE will automatically start the Secure Path update utility.
