Enhancements/Fixes:
The following issues have been resolved with 1.4.0:
1) Use of switch with Alphaservers running OVMS and other Operating
Systems in a heterogenous environment is possible.
2) Use of switch in high availability environments no longer requires a
special power on sequence that relies on staggering the power cycling
of each server.
3) Use of switch with OS/2 Warp no longers causes intermittent keyboard
lock-up.
4) Use of energy saver mode with 1x4 switch is now operable.
5) When operating an NT OS, pressing Ctrl+Print Scrn while using any office
application no longer causes the keyboard to pass the Ctrl key, e.g.
typing ?gF?h after pressing Ctrl +Prnt Scrn no longer causes the
keyboard to pass Ctrl + F.
6) WUPDATE can no longer be interrupted during a firmware upgrade.
7) When tiering a 1x2 switch from either a 1x4, 1x8 or 2x8 it is now
possible to select a 1x2 device in the setup.
