DESCRIPTION:  Creates one diskette containing Compaq Storage
Agents - UnixWare 7, Version 4.90a.

ENHANCEMENTS AND FIXES:
    1.	Added support for a new SCSI Physical drive status change trap.
    2.	Fixed a problem where storage box thermal condition does not bubble up to 
        controller status.
    3.	Fixed a problem where spare drive rebuild percentage is not updated correctly
        by IDA Agent.
    4.	Fixed a problem where power supply status change trap is being continously.
    5.	Fixed a problem where FCA Agent dumps message continously into the error 
        log file.

IMPORTANT:  During installation, any incompatible or older version package
found on the system will be prompted to the user for removal and upon users
input will be removed before installing this package.

HOW TO USE:

 Steps 1-5 are performed under DOS, Microsoft Windows 3.1, Windows95
or Windows NT.
Steps 6-11 are performed under SCO UnixWare 7.

1. Obtain a formatted 1.44-MB diskettes.

2. Download the SoftPaq to a clean directory on your hard drive and change
   to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is an executable with
   a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

3. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file
   and follow the on-screen instructions. Three files will be created:
   SP14301.TXT, SP14301._01 and QRST5.EXE.

4. Execute QRST5.EXE and you will be prompted to insert the formatted
   diskette in a drive to create the diskette containing Compaq Storage
   Agents - UnixWare 7.

5. After the diskette has been created, you may delete the
   SoftPaq file downloaded in step 2 and the files unpacked in step 3.

6. To install the Compaq Storage Agents - UnixWare 7,
   log in as "root."

7. Goto some temporary empty directory for example /tmp/sp14301 to
   download the files from the floppy. 

8. Insert the newly created diskette into the SCO default diskette
   drive and execute the following command:

      # tar xv
 
9. After executing above command, you will find 2 files created in the  
    /tmp/sp14301 directory. The files are cmastor.tar and inststor.
    Execute the following command to install the Compaq Storage Agents.

       # sh ./inststor

    Follow the on-screen instructions.

10. Remove the diskette. Remove all the temporary files. Execute the
    following commands.

       # cd /
       # rm -rf /tmp/sp14301

11. Restart the server to complete the installation.
