HOW TO USE:
1. Copy your current set of Intel NIC drivers to a new directory
on your hard drive (example C:\Program Files\Compaq\CPQLANModem\Dual Network\).
In the new directory, make a copy of the file E100BNT.sys and rename the copy
to E100MNT.sys. Insure all of the files in the new directory are NOT write protected.
Download the SoftPaq to this same directory. The file that is
downloaded is a self-extracting executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq
Number above.
2. From that directory, execute the downloaded file
and follow the on-screen instructions to unpack the files.
The number of files to be created and total file size is displayed.
