DESCRIPTION:  Compaq Personal Computer Diagnostics for Windows resides on one 1.44 MB floppy diskette.  It supports ALL currently shipping personal computer (non-server) products.  It is installed from within the Windows environment.

Program Updates:
1. Product name support for DeskPro XL.
2. Support for control panel under Windows 95.
3. Support for Compaq Insight Personal Edition on DeskPro and DeskPro XL under Windows 95.
4. Enhancements for LTE 5000 support.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to that directory.  The file downloaded to your hard drive is SP1411.EXE.

2. Obtain one (1) formatted 1.44MB diskette and place it in one of your diskette drives.

3. Execute the SoftPaq file to create the diskette:  SP1411[ENTER]

4. After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file SP1411.EXE if you wish.

5. Place the Diagnostics for Windows diskette in Drive A:.
For a Windows 3.1x installation, select File, Run... from the Program Manager pull-down menu.  Type in A:\CPQINST and select OK.
For a Windows 95 installation, select Run from the Start menu.  Type in A:\CPQINST and press <Enter>.
