DESCRIPTION:  This creates a bootable diskette containing a utility used to 
discharge the battery on Armada 100s and Notebook 100 computers. This utility 
should be used every three months to insure that the power meter indicates the 
correct battery charge level.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive.
The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable with a filename 
based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. Obtain a blank formatted floppy diskette and put the diskette into
the A: drive. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions. 
 
3. Enter "Y" to confirm the unpacking of files into the download
directory on the diskette. After the files have been unpacked, the
SoftPaq utility will create a bootable floppy diskette.

4. Installation instructions: 
  a. Connect the unit to AC power.
  b. Place the diskette in drive the A: drive.
  c. Boot the system and follow the onscreen instructions.
  d. After the battery has been discharged the system will shut down. 
     At this point remove the diskette and restart the system.
