DESCRIPTION:  
	This utility is intended to be used for Compaq Notebook 100
series portable computers only. It is used to install or repair the
hibernation partition on the hard drive which will be neccessary if the
partion is missing or corrupted (as indicated by BIOS during system
power-up) when the hibernation (or "suspend to disk") feature is enabled.

The program, "HIBERNAT.EXE -p200", will create a 200MB hidden partition
on the hard drive which will be used to store RAM contents when a
hibernation event is initiated.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive.
The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable with a filename 
based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. Obtain a blank formatted floppy diskette and put the diskette into
drive A:. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen
instructions. 
 
3. Enter "Y" to confirm the unpacking of files into the download
directory on the diskette. After the files have been unpacked, the
SoftPaq utility will create a bootable floppy diskette.

4. Installation instructions: 
	a. Connect the unit to AC power
	b. Place the diskette in drive a:
	c. Boot the system and follow the instructions.
	d. Restart the system when prompted.
