DESCRIPTION:  This utility will place a set of files on a server 
for installation of the T1000 Client Manager software.  

Once the files are placed on the server, the System Administrator will
run the "setup" program to install and configure the T1000 Client 
Manager software. Additional install instructions are located in the 
readme file. The Client Manager Software is a remote administration 
tool which a System Administrator may use to manage one or multiple 
T1000 clients; tool features include client discovery, configure 
settings, retrieve settings, and push new T1000 flash memory upgrades.

Enhancements/Fixes: This Version 1.0.2.1 of the Client Manager is required 
to manage the T1000 Client Version 3.4 firmware upgrade. The Client Manager 
Version 1.0.1.1 will not work with the Client Version 3.4 firmware.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your server's hard drive.
The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions. 
Entering "Y" to confirm the unpacking of files creates a new directory 
folder in the download directory.  All files are unpacked into this 
newly created directory.

3. Run the 'setup.exe' program, and follow the on-screen prompts. The 
'setup.exe' program will install the T1000 Client Manager and 
documentation. Additional install instructions are located in the 
'readme_CMT1000.txt' file that was unpacked as part of Step 2.

4. After the installation is completed, you may delete the 
self-extracting file downloaded in Step 1.
