DESCRIPTION: This softpaq is to correct the MS DHCP Server Service problem where MS DHCP Server   
service does not function properly after the upgrade from MS NT 3.5 to NT 3.51 by using Compaq
SmartStart NT3.51 CD.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to the formatted diskette. The file that is downloaded is SP1311.EXE.

3.  From the floppy drive, execute the SoftPaq file:
    SP1311 [ENTER]

4.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file SP1311.EXE if you wish.

5.  Read the "Readme.txt" file for specific installation instructions.

6.  Run DHCP.exe program on the diskette according to the installation instructions.
