DESCRIPTION:  Fixes a boot problem with the Compaq 32-Bit Fast-Wide SCSI-2 /E Controller where the controller was assuming that a c710 controller was present on the system board when it was not.  This was causing the Fast-SCSI-2 controller to hang when installed as the primary controller.

HOW TO USE:  

1.  Download the SoftPaq to an empty directory on your hard drive and change to that directory.  If downloaded in zipped format (.ZIP), unzip the file to create an executable:  PKUNZIP SP1365

2.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:  SP1365 [ENTER]
The following files should be created: 
    README.TXT
    QRST5.EXE
    ROMPAQ._01

3. Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB 3.5 inch diskette.

4. Follow the instructions in README.TXT to create the diskette and upgrade the system ROM.
