DESCRIPTION:  Creates a directory containing the MONOPT_T.INF and *.ICM color
              profiles for configuring Compaq Commercial TFT series monitors
	      under Microsoft Windows 95 and Windows 98.

 MONOPT_T.INF -  An information file that configures the appropriate driver 
                 for a Compaq Commercial TFT Monitor.

        *.ICM -  ICM stands for Image Color Matching.
                 These are data files that are used in conjunction with
                 some graphics programs to provide consistent color matching
                 from monitor screen to printer, or from scanner to the
                 monitor screen.

Optionally allows the creation of an installation diskette.

Enhancements/Fixes:
 - Adds support for TFT5010, TFT8010, and TFT8020 Flat Panel Monitors


HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive.
The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable with a filename 
based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions. 
Entering "Y" to confirm the unpacking of files unpacks the files into 
the download directory, such as C:\COMPAQ\TFT.

3. After the files have been unpacked, you may delete the  
self-extracting file downloaded in step 1.

4.  Optionally, run the file MAKEDISK.BAT to create a 1.44-MB installation
diskette.

5. For more installation instructions, refer to the README.TXT file in the 
..\TFT directory.

6. After the installation is completed, you may delete the files 
unpacked in step 2 if you wish.
