DESCRIPTION:  This creates two diskettes for a version 1.24A maintenance release of the 
Windows 3.1 drivers for the Cirrus Logic 5434 graphics controller used in the Deskpro, ProLinea and Presario models listed above.  It addresses the Install and WinMode Utility problems.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain two formatted 1.44 MB diskettes.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP1358.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
    SP1358 [ENTER]
    You will be prompted to place a formatted 1.44 MB diskette into a diskette drive to create each diskette.

4.  After the diskettes are created, you may delete the downloaded file SP1358.EXE if you wish.

5.  At this point, the Driver Support diskettes have been created and are ready to use for upgrading.

6.  Please read all READMEs before installing this new driver.
