DESCRIPTION:   This release provides updated system ROM images
               for the latest maintenance releases of Compaq 
               ProLiant ML350 Servers.


New features -

        D02 and F02 ProLiant ML350
        System and Server Feature Board Option ROM (12/17/1999)

        Added an Advanced Option in the BIOS Setup that allows the
        user to configure a memory region for legacy ISA cards.

        Added an Advanced Option in the BIOS Setup to Enable/Disable
        Advanced Server Recovery (ASR) and Wake support.

        System and Server Feature Board Option ROM (12/17/1999)
        =========================================================

        Fixed an issue where the ISA Interrupt would not be 
        reported as used in the IRQ Summary section of the 
        BIOS Setup.




HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to that directory.
The file that is downloaded is SP13438.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP13438 [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette into a diskette drive to
create diskette.

4.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file
SP13438.EXE if you wish.

5.  Refer to README.TXT on the diskette for instructions on installing and using the
software.
