DESCRIPTION:  This creates a Windows 95 Drivers Diskette for the Compaq 192 PCMCIA Fax Modem.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP1343.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP1343 [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette into a diskette drive to create diskette.

4.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file SP1343.EXE if you wish.

5.  With Windows 95 running, insert your Compaq 192 PCMCIA Fax Modem.  Windows 95 will recognize it as New Hardware.

6.  Select "Driver from disk provided by hardware manufacturer" option, and Click "OK".

7.  Indicate the diskette drive (A: or B:) where you have inserted the driver diskette generated in step 3 above, and Click "OK".

8. When Windows 95 has finished copying the files, click on the Windows 95 "Start" button.

9. From the Start menu select "Shutdown".   From the shudown screen select "Restart" to restart your system with support for the Compaq 192 PCMCIA Fax Modem.
