SYSTEM CONFIGURATION:  External keyboard connected to external PS/2 connector.

DESCRIPTION:  This creates a ROMPaq diskette for a Contura 400 07/08/95 System ROM.  This ROM is a patch ROM and is derived from the 07/07/95 System ROM.  It resolves the following issue:

When resuming from standby and keys on the external keyboard are pressed prior to completely resuming, the external keyboard is disabled.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP1324.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP1324 [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette into a diskette drive to create the diskette.

4.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file SP1324.EXE if you wish.

5.  Make sure the Contura 400 is connected to AC power and boot from the ROMPaq diskette.

6.  Follow the instructions of the ROMPaq utility to re-program the ROM to the 07/08/95 version.
