DESCRIPTION: This softpaq corrects the problem where CIM fails to handle incoming trap information properly when CIM is restarted the second time on a Windows NT 3.5x system.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Download the SoftPaq to an empty directory on your hard drive or to a formatted diskette.  The file that is downloaded is SP1311.EXE.

2.  From the download directory or diskette, execute the SoftPaq file:
    SP1311 [ENTER]
The following files should be created:
MGMTAPI.350        
MGMTAPI.351        
CIMNT32.DLL       
SETUP.CMD        
CPQDISP.EXE        
VER_INFO.EXE        
README.TXT

3.  After the files are created, you may delete the downloaded file SP1311.EXE if you wish.

4.  Read the README.TXT file for specific installation instructions on running SETUP.CMD.
