DESCRIPTION: 
The Compaq Console Switch Box firmware update is designed to upgrade the 
firmware of the following Compaq Console Switch Boxes to v1.2.6.
    - 400336-XXX 4 port console switch box
    - 400337-XXX 8 port console switch box
    - 400338-XXX Dual 8 port console switch box

Enhancements/Fixes:
The changes incorporated into 1.2.6:
    1)  Fix the "Pink Oscar" problem. 
    2)  Change main loop timing to improve TIERED PERFORMANCE. 
    3)  Added a new language to Oscar: Portuguese. German, French, Italian, 
        and Spanish was also modified. 
    4)  Guardian Fix. Added 70us delay before asserting clock in Receive and Transmit. 
    5)  Scanning Fix to turn of scanning gracefully. 

HOW TO USE

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive.
The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable with a filename 
based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions. 
Enter "Y" to confirm the unpacking of files into the download directory. 

3. After the files have been unpacked, you may delete the self-extracting file 
downloaded in step 1.

4. For installation instructions, 
please refer to README.TXT in the created directory.

5. After the installation is completed, you may delete the files unpacked in step 2.
