DESCRIPTION:  Compaq Insight Management Agents for OS/2 2.50b fixes a problem with TCP/IP sockets.  Earlier versions of the Insight Agents (2.40 and 2.50a) failed to free TCP/IP sockets and would eventually use up all the sockets in the system.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP1302.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:  SP1302 [ENTER]
The following files should be created: 
QRST5.EXE 
182601US._01
README.TXT 

4.  To create the diskette using QRST5 and to install the software using INSTALL, refer to README.TXT.

5.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded files if you wish.
