SYSTEM CONFIGURATION:  Any Compaq server supporting Compaq Insight Manager (CIM) and running the above software 

DESCRIPTION:  Creates the CIM Agents for SCO OpenServer 5.0 diskette, for installation on affected Compaq servers.  This set of agents allows SNMP administration of hardware and software resources on Compaq servers.  

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP1289.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP1289 [ENTER]
The following files should be created:
QRST5.EXE
CIMAGENT._01
SP1289.DOC

4.  Refer to SP1289.DOC for instructions on:
    - creating the diskette image by running the QRST5 command
    - installing the software

5.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file SP1289.EXE and the files it created if you wish.
