WHAT'S NEW FOR EFS 5.02:
CHANGES FROM COMPAQ EFS 5.00 FOR SCO OpenServer 5.0:
o Support was added for the Compaq system monitor program, cpqmon.

starting a NetFlex-2 controller if a NetFlex-3 controller was
started first. This patch has been included in EFS 5.0.2
o A patch was released for EFS 5.0.0 that corrected a problem with
the Compaq UPS losing model information at the Compaq Insight
Manager console. This patch is included in EFS 5.0.2.
Compaq EFS 5.02 was developed specifically for SCO OpenServer Release
5.0. The product will not install on previous releases of SCO UNIX,
e.g. 3.2v4 and earlier. In addition, release of the Compaq EFS prior
to version 5.0 will not install or function correctly under SCO
OpenServer Release 5.0.
KNOWN LIMITATIONS:
o Remote installation, i.e. installation to or from a system over
a network, is not supported in this release.
o The Disaster Recovery utility will not backup drives over 2GB
in size.

driver to support the features of the ProLiant Storage System
when connected to the Compaq 32-Bit Fast-SCSI-2 Controller.

hardware components that monitor system activity, temperature
conditions, fan operation, EISA bus utilization, and operation
system up time. It also provides Automatic Server Recovery and
Health Log Support for the Compaq SystemPro/XL, Compaq
ProLiant, and Compaq ProSignia Servers.
