DESCRIPTION:  This Softpaq unpacks a patch of CQHSTUTL.DLL Version 4.6.  
It corrects the Event ID 2048 (low memory condition) issue caused by a 
memory leak in Version 4.50 of the Compaq Foundation Agent for Microsoft 
Windows NT.  

A permanent solution is expected to be included in Version 4.60.

HOW TO USE:

1. Stop SNMP service.

2. Go to %systemroot%\system32 and rename cqhstutl.dll, e.g. cqhstutl.dll.org

3. Download the SoftPaq to a temporary, empty directory on your 
hard drive.  The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable 
with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above (sp12666.exe).

4. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions. 
Enter "Y" to confirm the unpacking of files into this temporary directory. 

5. From this temporary directory, copy the cqhstutl.dll into %systemroot%\system32

6. After the files have been unpacked, you may delete the self-extracting file 
downloaded in step 4.

7. Start SNMP service and Insight Agent services.
