DESCRIPTION:
This Softpaq contains a new CPQTTAC.EXE file version 1.2.00.0012.
These drivers for Windows NT 4.0 are newer than what is found in
Softpaq SP12295 (Version 4.0).

Enhancements/Fixes:

 - Fixes duplex settings when using 100Base-FX Module under NT 4.0
   and will allow for half or full duplex configuration. 
   	 

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change
   to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is an self-extracting
   executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file
   and follow the on-screen instructions.  Enter "Y" to confirm
   the unpacking of files into the downloaded directory.

3. After the files have been unpacked, you may delete the
   SoftPaq file downloaded in step 1.

4. To install the fix, use these files to "update" or "install" the Netelligent Series
   NIC Adapter(s) in the server.

5. After the update or installation is complete, restart the server.
