DESCRIPTION:  This SoftPaq contains the certified Windows 98 driver (Win32 Driver

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive.
The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable with a filename
based on the SoftPaq Number above.  It will automatically install
the driver on your PC.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.
Click on "Yes" to confirm that you want to install the driver.

3. Read the Licensing Agreement and click on "I Agree".

4. Read the reboot warning and click on "OK", and installation will
begin.
