DESCRIPTION: This Softpaq contains the file TTAC.EXE, which fixes the following
Services for Macintosh installation issue:
When an attempt is made to install Services for Macintosh on a server that has
teamed Netelligent NICs, or an attempt is made to team two Netelligent NICs in a
configuration that already has Services for Macintosh running, the following
binding review error message may be displayed:
"Setup cannot find any network adapter for Services for Macintosh. You will be
unable to use Services for Macintosh. Try adding a network adapter or enable
the bindings for Appletalk Protocol."
HOW TO USE:
1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change
to that directory. The file that is downloaded is an self-extracting
executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.
2. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file
and follow the on-screen instructions. Enter "Y" to confirm
the unpacking of files into the downloaded directory.
3. After the files have been unpacked, you may delete the
SoftPaq file downloaded in step 1.
4. To apply the fix, you must remove Services for Macintosh and reboot.
5. The NICs should be teamed and the server rebooted.
6. Run the TTAC.EXE utility first, then reinstall Services for
Macintosh and finally reapply the Microsoft service pack
before rebooting.
7. Reboot the server.
