DESCRIPTION:  Creates the MS Windows 3.1 Display Driver Support Diskette for the Cirrus Logic                 5424 display adapters used in the Presario 500 family of computers.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change
    to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP1237.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
    SP1237 [ENTER]
    You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette into
    a diskette drive to create the diskette.

4.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file
    SP1237.EXE, if you wish.

5.  At this point, the Driver Support diskette has been created and is
    ready to use for upgrading.

6.  Please read all READMEs, contained on the diskette that was created, 
    before installing this new driver.
