DESCRIPTION:  This PCI flash utility fixes an issue where a 
Netelligent 16/4 PCI IBM UTP/STP Controller is rendered useless after a 
warm boot of the computer causes the flash on the NIC to become corrupted.

To prevent this failure and to recover a NIC with this problem, use this
new flash utility, Version 3.15, to flash the Netelligent 16/4 PCI IBM UTP/STP 
Controller.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change
   to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is an self-extracting
   executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file
   and follow the on-screen instructions.  Enter "Y" to confirm
   the unpacking of files into the downloaded directory.

3. After the files have been unpacked, you may delete the
   SoftPaq file downloaded in step 1.

4. To install the fix, use these files to "update" or "install" the controller.

5. After the update or install is complete, reboot the computer.
