SYSTEM CONFIGURATION:  Unit must be running DOS 5.0 or higher and load an XMS manager in the CONFIG.SYS file.

DESCRIPTION:  SHOWEXT.EXE allows DOS applications executed from DOS or (Window DOS Instances) to report up to 64 MB of extended memory on Compaq computers with more than 15 MB of RAM.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP1224.EXE.

2.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP1224 [ENTER]
The following files should be created:
SHOWEXT.EXE 
SHOWEXT.DOC

3. After the files have been extracted, you may delete the downloaded file SP1224.EXE if you wish.
