DESCRIPTION:
The Intel PRO/100+ NIC Drivers support the Intel PRO/100+ Management 
Adapter as well as the Compaq legacy NICs such as NC3121 and Compaq 10/100. This 
version of software has support for the following Secondary Operating Systems:
Windows for Workgroups 3.11, Windows 3.1, SCO UNIX, Netware 3.x and later, DOS, 
OS/2, LANMAN, Windows NT 3.1 and 3.51, and Windows 95 (Pre-OSR2).

ENHANCEMENTS/FIXES: 
 - Adds support for the new Deskpro and Workstation platforms.
 - PC99 Compliant and Logo'ed.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive.
The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable with a filename
based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.

3. After the files have been unpacked, you may delete the self-extracting
file downloaded in step 1.

4. For installation instructions on different Operating systems, please refer to the 
corresponding text files in the "Info" Folder at the root of the Softpaq directory. 
For example, to install the drivers on any Windows operating system, refer to the 
"Ms.txt" file at the \\Info\Ms location.

5. To create (optional) installation diskette run "CreateDOSNovellDiskette.bat".
This copies all DOS Netware installation files to a diskette in the A: drive).

Alternatively, run "CreateWindowsDiskette.bat" to copy all Microsoft files.
