DESCRIPTION:  When shutting down or restarting Microsoft Windows 98 on the 
affected Presario models listed above, a "CPQMIXER_APM_WINDOW" displays the 
following error message:
   "This program is not responding. It may be busy, waiting for a
   response from you or it may have stopped working." 

The user must select an option to "Wait", "End Task", or "Cancel."  
Selecting any of the options results in the system locking up.

This SoftPaq resolves the issue.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq file SP11848.EXE to a directory on your hard drive.

2. Execute SP11848.EXE and follow any prompts.
