DESCRIPTION:  This SoftPaq contains the Compaq PageMarq Printer Definition File (PDF) version 1.0 for PCL.  This file contains predefined device modes and functions that invoke change in the printing mode of the PageMarq printers.  The Printer Definition File can be used for applications that do not set print modes.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP1174.EXE.

2.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP1174 [ENTER]
This will create two files:
PAGEMARQ.PDF
SP1174.TXT

3.  You may delete the downloaded file SP1174.EXE if you wish.

4.  Please read the enclosed SP1174.TXT file before installing this software.
