DESCRIPTION:  This SoftPaq is for Japanese products, and cannot be run 
in United States mode.  This SoftPaq creates two files -- a description
file and a self-extracting executable file.  The self-extracting executable 
file contains Compaq NIC Agents for NetWare Version 4.40 (Japanese).

Enhancements/Fixes:

   o The /Un parameter has been added.  This parameter specifies the update
     time in seconds.  This is the minimum time interval for the CPQNCSA.NLM
     to poll each registered SNMP object to get updated information.
   o Fixed an Abend that could occur when a LAN driver was loaded and
     unloaded many times in quick succession.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change 
to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is a self-extracting
executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file 
and follow the on-screen instructions to unpack the files.
The number of files to be created and total file size is displayed.
You will be given the chance to specify the target directory for 
the files, or default to the download directory.
The following files will be created:
       README.TXT
       NWNI440.EXE

3. After the files have been created, you may delete the  
self-extracting file downloaded in step 1.

4. From the directory in which the files are created, execute the 
self-extracting executable:
       NWNI440.EXE [ENTER]

5. For installation instructions, refer to a README.TXT file.
