DESCRIPTION:  Contains installation files for the Family Manager Set (FMS) 
of drivers that support the PCI Ultra 3 Dual Channel SCSI controller.

Ultra 3 drivers included in this SoftPaq:
Windows 95 Driver Ver 1.91 
Windows 98 Driver Ver 1.91
Windows NT 4.0 Workstation Driver Ver 1.91

Note: These drivers are not compatible with Compaq System Software Manager (SSM).

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a temporary, empty directory on your 
hard drive.  The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable 
with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions. 
Enter "Y" to confirm the unpacking of files into the download directory. 

3. After the files have been unpacked, you may delete the self-extracting file 
downloaded in step 1.

4. There are 5 subdirectories created in the download directory.

\Win98 -  Windows 98 Driver location needed when prompted for drivers after
          installing the card.
\Win95 -  Windows 95 Driver location needed when prompted for drivers after
          installing the card.
\DOS -    DOS Aspi and CD driver if needed for Windows 95 and Windows 98.
\Readme - HTML and Text Readme files for each Operating System
\Nt4 -    NT 4.0 Workstation Driver location.  When prompted with NT, 
          just put in the driver diskette and it will display a menu 
          option for the U3 card.

To create a set of diskettes, run MAKEDISK.BAT.

5. After the driver has been installed, you may delete the files 
from the download directory if you wish.
