DESCRIPTION:  This SoftPaq upgrades the firmware of the Pioneer Slot
              Load DVD drive on the Compaq Presario 5600i.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq file SP11476.EXE to a directory on your hard drive.

2. Execute SP11476.EXE and follow the on-screen instructions to install the 
program on your computer.

3. Restart the computer in MS-DOS mode.

4. At the C: prompt, enter:  CD \CPQDRV\DVD_UPG

5. Then enter:  INSTALL

6. Follow the instructions displayed on the screen.
