DESCRIPTION:  QV2_FIX.BAT and VIDEO.LST will correct an issue with the Deskpro XL Upgrade Bundle Version 1.0 relating to the QVision 2000 Windows Video Drivers.  If the Deskpro XL Upgrade has already been executed, you should run QV2_FIX.  VIDEO.LST will modify a file on Disk #1 of the Deskpro XL Upgrade bundle preventing this issue from occurring.

HOW TO USE:

1.  After downloading the SoftPaq, copy it to an empty directory and change to that directory.  If downloaded in zipped format (.ZIP), unzip the file to create an executable:  PKUNZIP SP1105

2.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file to unbind the primary files:  SP1105 [ENTER]
The following files should be created:

QV2_FIX.BAT
VIDEO.LST
SP1105.DOC

3.  If you have already executed the Deskpro XL Upgrade for DOS/Windows, execute QV2_FIX.BAT, to correct this issue.

If you  have not yet executed the Deskpro XL Upgrade for DOS/Windows, update the VIDEO.LST file.  Place diskette 1 of the Compaq Deskpro XL upgrade bundle in drive A: and execute the following command to modify the disk prior to installing the software:

COPY  VIDEO.LST  A:\LST
