DESCRIPTION:  Creates two diskettes to install the following drivers:
               - Compaq n100c Intel-based NIC driver, supports 10/100 NICs
               - Compaq n1000 Intel-based NIC driver, supports GIG NICs

IMPORTANT:  Do not use or run Compaq Insight Management Agents (CIM) with this 
            SoftPaq!  Undesirable results may occur!
            Remove any network configuration that is present on these NICs using 
            NETCONFIG prior to this installation.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain two (2) 1.44-MB diskettes.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard
    drive and change to that directory.  The file that
    is downloaded is SP10897.exe.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
        SP10897 [ENTER]
    The following files should be created:
        QRST5.EXE
        CPQNICUS._01
        CPQNICUS._02
        README.TXT

4.  After the files are created, you may delete the downloaded
    file SP10897.exe if you wish.

5.  To create the diskettes, run QRST5.EXE.

6.  Run CUSTOM.EXE to install the drivers.  Follow the SCO release notes and 
    the manual on software installation.
