DESCRIPTION:  The Compaq Remote Insight Diskette Image Utility is intended for use with Compaq Remote Insight Lights
Out Edition.  The utility provides the ability to create images files from 1.44MB diskettes.
The utility can also be used to create diskettes from image files and verify image files against a 1.44MB
diskette in the drive.

HOW TO USE:
                                            
1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change 
   to that directory. The file that is downloaded is an executable with 
   a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file and 
   follow the on-screen instructions. The following file will be created:
	
	cpqimage.exe

3. Run cpqimage.exe and the graphical user interface for the utility should
   be shown.
