DESCRIPTION:  This SoftPaq unpacks the files required to install and
configure the Compaq Cluster Verification Utility (CCVU).   It's purpose
is to aid in the setup and configuration of a Compaq ProLiant Cluster 
HA/F100 for use with the Windows 2000 operating system only.  
Other versions of the CCVU are available for use with other Compaq 
cluster models and operating systems.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change 
to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is a self-extracting
executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. From the download directory, execute the SoftPaq.  When executed 
with no parameters, files are extracted into the current directory.
To extract the files into a different directory, specify the complete 
path of the directory as a parameter:

    SP10712 <path>

Enter "Y" to confirm and files are unpacked into the download 
directory or the directory specified.  

The following files will be extracted:

    Ccvu.Hlp
    Ccvu.Cnt
    Setup.Ini
\Japanese
    Setup.Exe

3. After the files have been created, you may delete the  
self-extracting file downloaded in step 1.

4. From the directory in which the files are created, execute the 
self-extracting executable by selecting:
    Startup.exe [ENTER]
