DESCRIPTION:  Unpacks the files needed to upgrade Compaq Insight Manager XE
              Version 1.0 to Version 1.0b.

Enhancements/Fixes:

   - Fixes a problem with not being able to web browse to Compaq Insight 
     Manager XE from systems that had their "Windows Regional Settings" 
     set to other than "English (United States)".
   - Updates "Compaq DMI Insight Web Management Agent" from version 4.30
     to version 4.35.  This fixes a problem with the agent sometimes
     stopping, causing an error when the user drilled-down to a DMI
     only device (no web agents and no SNMP agents) in Compaq Insight 
     Manager XE.


HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change
   to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is a self-extracting
   executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file
   and follow the on-screen instructions to unpack the files.

3. After the files have been created, you may delete the
   self-extracting file downloaded in step 1.

4. To install the patch, run INSTALL.  (UNINST.BAT is provided to
   uninstall this patch.)

5. After a successful installation, you may delete the files unpacked
   in step 2 if you wish.
