DESCRIPTION: Creates a bootable diskette that will upgrade the firmware in the 
Remote Insight Board/PCI to version 1.06.

Enhancements/Fixes:
1. Added a PCI expansion option ROM that saves the server reset sequence on a
PS720 and PL400 to the Remote Insight Board.
2. About 1 out of every 150 power cycles, the RIB will not be detected by some
servers with hot plug slots. This f/w works around this issue.
   
HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44-MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change 
to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is an executable with 
a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file 
and follow the on-screen instructions.  You will be prompted to 
insert the formatted diskette in a drive to create the diskette.

4.  After the diskette has been created, you may delete the  
SoftPaq file downloaded in step 2.

5.  Insert and reboot the server with the Remote Insight Board/PCI from the
diskette. Follow the directions in Rompaq when it starts.
