DESCRIPTION:

    The Remote ROM Flash Utility for Servers allow users of a wide
    range of Compaq servers  to  easily flash  the system ROMS and 
    SMART/SMART-2 Array Controllers ROMS of their servers, either 
    locally or across the network remotely.	

ENHANCEMENTS/FIXES: Utility has been enhanced to support the mounted
    Compaq Smart Start CD as the source path, with -p option.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and 
   change to that directory. The file downloaded is a self-
   extracting executable named SP10583.EXE.

2. Execute the SoftPaq file and follow the on-screen instructions.
   The following files will be extracted:
   RSRUTAR
   INSTALL.SH
   SP10583.TXT
   README.1ST

   Softpaq file SP10583.EXE may be deleted once the above
   mentioned files are extracted.

3. For installation instructions, refer to README.1ST.
