This Softpaq creates the OS/2 Support Software Diskettes
for Compaq Version 4.30 Rev A.

Enhancements/Fixes:

This release of OS/2 Support Software Diskette v4.30 Rev A,
supports the following new products:

Compaq Proliant DL380 
Compaq Proliant ML370 
Compaq Proliant ML530

NEW FEATURES AND UPDATES:

This section details the new features and problems fixed
by the contents of the Compaq Support Software Diskette
v4.30 for OS/2.
 
1 Compaq Array Driver Updates for OS/2 

OS/2 Compaq Array Driver v.3.76 has been enhanced to support 
Compaq Integrated Smart Array Controller and 
Compaq Smart Array 431 Controllers. 

2 Compaq System Server Management Driver Updates for OS/2 

OS/2 Compaq Server System Management Driver,CPQSMGT.SYS v. 2.18 
has been enhanced to support Compaq Proliant DL380 ,Compaq 
Proliant ML370 Servers and Compaq Proliant ML530 Servers.  

3 Compaq SCSI Driver Updates for OS/2 

OS/2 Compaq SCSI Driver,CPQ53CX.ADD Version 2.78 has been enhanced 
to support Compaq Dual Channel Wide Ultra 3-SCSI controller 

4 Compaq FC Driver Updates for OS/2 

OS/2 Compaq Fibre Channel Driver,CPQFCAL.ADD Version 1.30 has been 
enhanced to support Compaq StorageWorks 64 Bit/66 Mhz Fibre Channel 
Host Controllers. 

5 Compaq SCU Updates for OS/2 

OS/2 Compaq Storage Configuration Utility,CPQSCU.EXE Version 1.20 has
been enhanced to support Compaq Integrated Smart Array Controllers. 

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the Softpaq to an empty directory on your
   hard drive and change to that directory. The file that
   is downloaded is SP10538.EXE.

2. From that drive and directory, execute the Softpaq
   file:
      SP10538 [ENTER]

   The following files should be created:

   QRST5.EXE
   277096US._01
   277096US._02
   277096US._03
   277096US._04
   277096US._05
   SP10538.TXT

3. Obtain 5 formatted 1.44-MB diskettes.

4. To create the diskettes, run QRST5 and follow the
   on-screen instructions.

5. After the diskettes are created, you may delete the
   downloaded file SP10538.EXE and the other files created
   on your hard drive if you wish.

6. Type VIEWME at the command prompt on the First Diskette
   for additional information.
