DESCRIPTION: This QNFT.SYS (v2.12.02.0003) file resolves a blue
screen condition that occurs with Windows NT. This blue
screen will only occur when teamed NICs are used in conjunction
with the Compaq NIC Insight Agent.

This file has been released to fix a bug in the QNFT.SYS driver
version 2.12.02.0002 included in SP8640. It is not required with
any later release of drivers for this product.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change
to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is an self-extracting
executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file
and follow the on-screen instructions.  Enter "Y" to confirm
the unpacking of files into the downloaded directory.

3. After the files have been unpacked, you may delete the
SoftPaq file downloaded in step 1.

4. To install the drivers, replace drivers of the same name on
your system.

5. After the installation is completed, you may delete the files
unpacked in step 2.
