DESCRIPTION: Unpacks the files needed to install the Compaq Insight
Management Desktop Web Agent, which provides the ability to manage
remote Compaq systems from a web browser.  It requires Internet Explorer
4.01.  It may be installed on a computer that has already installed
Compaq Insight Management Desktop Agents, Version 4.20 or higher, 
with Compaq SNMP Extenstions or DMI 2.0.

ENHANCEMENTS/FIXES:
  - Allows DMI to be used as a base management protocol in
     addition to SNMP.
  - Enhanced SNMP screens.
  - Netscape Navigator 4.0 is no longer supported.
  - Added support for Windows 98.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive.
The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable with a filename 
based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions. 
Entering "Y" to confirm the unpacking of files creates a new directory 
folder in the download directory.  All files are unpacked into this 
newly created directory.

3. After the directory has been created, you may delete the  
self-extracting file downloaded in step 1.

4. To install, execute the file SETUP.EXE created in the new 
directory and follow the on-screen instructions.

5. After the installation is completed, you may delete the directory 
created in step 2 if you wish.
