DESCRIPTION: This is a Softpaq of the Compaq PCMCIA 1.25 software.

HOW TO USE:

To create the Compaq Ethernet PCMCIA 1.25 software, follow these instructions:

1. Create a temporary directory on your fixed disk as follows:

        MD C:\SP1045

2. Copy SP1045.EXE to the new directory and execute it:

        CD C:\SP1045
        COPY A:\SP1045.EXE
    Then type:
        SP1045.EXE (and press ENTER).
    The following files should be created:
        C:\SP1045\QRST5.EXE
        C:\SP1045\144974EN._01
        C:\SP1045\SP1045.DOC

3. Insert a blank formatted 1.44MB floppy in drive A:.

4. Run QRST5:

   Type:
        QRST5 (and press ENTER).

5. Follow the instructions on the screen to generate the support
   diskette.

6. After QRST5 has completed, you may delete the temporary directory:

        DEL *.*
        CD \
        RD \SP1045
