DESCRIPTION: 
IMPORTANT: Do not use this SoftPaq if Version 1.3 is already installed.

Unpacks the files needed to update the drivers and optionally 
the firmware for the Compaq A900 All-In-One multi-function peripheral, an 
ink-jet printer that also does faxing, color copying, and scanning.

NOTE:  Setup asks if you wish to upgrade the firmware.  If you choose NO, 
then only the software components will be updated.  If you choose YES, 
the firmware is upgraded, and all Speed Dial and Scan To entries will be
lost.  The ink level information will also be lost for the current
cartridges. Smart Ink will continue to function properly on new cartridges
installed in the future.

  - Firmware
	- Default Fax mode set to Ans/Fax
	- Corrected issue where A900 would pick up in
	  the middle of a phone call when detecting

	- Properly prints in 1200 dpi

  - TWAIN Driver
	- Eliminated long delay at beginning of scan

  - Other minor changes

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive.
The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable with a filename
based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.
Setup will automatically run after the files have been unpacked.

3. After the installation is completed, you may delete the file
SP10365.EXE, if you wish.
