DESCRIPTION:  Creates the 4-diskette set of Compaq GSM Phone Manager 
Installation Diskettes for Windows 98 and NT 4.0.  The Compaq SpeedPaq
GSM (Global System for Mobile Communications) Radio PC Card combines the 
functions of a mobile phone and a data modem.

HOW TO USE:

1. Obtain four (4) formatted 1.44-MB diskettes and label them Disk 1,
   Disk 2, Disk 3 and Disk 4.

2. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change 
   to that directory. The file that is downloaded is an executable with 
   a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

3. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file 
   and follow the on-screen instructions.  You will be prompted to
   insert the formatted diskettes in a drive to create the diskettes.

4. After the diskettes have been created, you may delete the  
   SoftPaq file downloaded in step 2.

5. Refer to the GETSTART.PDF file on the diskette labeled Disk 4 for
   the installation instructions, or refer to the modem's user manual.
