DESCRIPTION:  Unpacks the setup files for the Compaq GSM Phone Manager
for Windows 98 and NT 4.0, version R3B. The Compaq SpeedPaq GSM (Global
System for Mobile Communications) Radio PC Card combines the functions
of a mobile phone and a data modem.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change
   to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is an executable
   with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file and
   follow the on-screen instructions. You will be prompted to confirm
   (or change) the name and location of the directory, into which the
   files contained in the Softpaq will be expanded.

3. After the files are expanded, you may delete the SoftPaq file 
   downloaded in step 1 above.

4. Refer to the GETSTART.PDF file in the directory to which you 
   expanded the SoftPaq files for the installation instructions, or
   refer to the modem's user manual.

5. After a successful installation, you may delete the files expanded
   in step 2 if you wish.
