SYSTEM CONFIGURATION: Unit configured as a Netware Server running Novell's 
SBACKUP tape backup software. 

DESCRIPTION:  When attempting to load CPQSTAPE.NLM, the following error
may be observed :

Read from a non-present page
Module CPQS94 SCSI Interface Module
Code offset in module 00001023x H
Access Address 000000xx H

CPQS94.DSK v1.13 corrects this problem.

HOW TO USE: 

1.  After downloading the SoftPaq, copy it to an empty directory 
and change to that directory.  For example:

    C:> CD \CPQ 

If downloaded in zipped format (.ZIP), unzip the file to create an 
executable:

    C:\CPQ> PKUNZIP SP1023

2.  From that drive and directory, run the SoftPaq utility to unbind the primary files:

    C:\CPQ> SP1023 [ENTER]

The following files should be created: 

     CPQS94.DSK 
     SP1023.DOC

3. Replace the version of CPQS94.DSK currently being used with this file. If 
    CPQS94.DSK is already loaded, unload it by typing the following command at the server console :

       UNLOAD CPQS94

   Reload by typing:

       LOAD CPQS94

4. Alternatively, restart the server.
