DESCRIPTION:  Unpacks the files needed to install the Compaq Survey 
Utility, an online agent that captures critical hardware and operating 
system configuration information on Compaq servers without interrupting 
server operation.  It automates a configuration history log, allowing 
administrators to identify and compare configuration changes.

Enhancements/Fixes:

- Fixed problem related to invalid EISA data on Proliant 400.  
- Fixed Dr. Watson error on systems with NT Clustering.
- Fixed problem with not being able to run Survey from the command line 
  (on systems with anonymous mode disabled).
	

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change 
to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is a self-extracting
executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file 
and follow the on-screen instructions to unpack the files.
The number of files to be created and total file size is displayed.
You will be given the chance to specify the target directory for 
the files, or default to the download directory.
The following files should be created:
        RELEASE.TXT
        SP10199.TXT        
        S216NT.EXE

3. Run S216NT.EXE.  This will extract the installation files for Survey 
Utility for NT to a temporary directory.

4. To install, refer to README.TXT for additional information. 

5. After the installation is complete, you may delete the files/directories 
created during steps 1 through 3.
