DESCRIPTION:  Run this SoftPaq only on the Presario models mentioned above.
It removes the HCF Modem Country Select Icon from the Control Panel.  
This icon should not be present.  It is intended for other models that have a 
Rockwell modem.  These models have a Lucent modem.

If the Control Panel is open when this SoftPaq is run, the SoftPaq will 
close the Control Panel.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq file SP10143.EXE to a directory on your hard drive.

2. Execute SP10143.EXE and follow the on-screen instructions to install and 
run the fix.
